history
Proen Design Australia Pty Ltd began life as a product development consultancy in May 1997 as a result of the merger of PHD Product Development Pty Ltd - an industrial design consultancy started in 1989, and Compelling Solutions Pty Ltd - a computer aided engineering consultancy started in 1996.
